There are belief systems and propositions which attempt to disclose that which is invisible and the majority of them are in need of relevant examples. Life can be cushy or tough. That appears to be the usual case. A hard life is nothing more than the opposite of a cushy life. Who is to say that one is better than the other? A hard life can lead a man to strive harder and cause him to achieve more. An easy life can make one soft. Which one is better than the other? Certainly, there are greater hidden ideas than these simple observations. To paraphrase the movie, there is more than meets the eye. Take the scriptures or the sutras. They seem to preach something relating to divinity, and conflict is what follows from adhering to one or the other. I have often been discombobolated by this situation and I cannot believe that one is better than the other. Certainly, there are other variables at work than a simple belief in one or the other. One god is fine with me and there are many belief systems that allow for a multiplicity of gods. I have been mulling this and it would seem to be a tiring activity at first glance. The query arises, what could make anyone desire to adjust anything at all in the first place? We might decide to do some mulling and wait until one side appears to be be more weighty and join that side. This is commonplace and is legitimate. However, we cannot avoid the suggestion that some people need to change the world. The downtrodden or the have-nots have valid|some reason for wanting to improve their lot. These could be considered revolutionaries. Well, there is nothing wrong with wanting some change here and there but it quickly becomes negative and un-progressive when it continues for longer than necessary. People need a modicum of stability in order to prosper and a superfluity of turmoil is not a good thing|at all desirable. Something which stirs up the mind would be desirable. I applaud that kind of changing. It might lead to a change in the world if it gains speed. Is it therefore safe to surmise that changing the world can be achieved by changing the mind? It would be wonderful to consider that premise and see if it holds water. A mind that is too stiff and unchanging is eventually unexciting and insipid.
